All documents (Resumes, Cover Letters) are stored in encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3) with restricted access. Only your assigned agent can view them during the application process.

Login Credentials

If job portals require account creation, we use secure password managers. We do not store your personal email passwords; we recommend creating a dedicated email for job hunting.

Our "Ghost" Protocol

We operate as your "Ghost Applicant." This means we act on your behalf, but we leave no trace of our internal tools on the employer's side.

  • We use clean IPs to prevent flagging.
  • We manually verify job links to avoid phishing scams targeting job seekers.
  • We do not download or store sensitive personal data locally on agent devices.
