1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HumanJobHunter ("the Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

HumanJobHunter provides a manual job application service. We assign human agents to search for and apply to job openings on your behalf using the credentials and criteria you provide. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or specific outcomes, as hiring decisions are solely up to third-party employers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and truthful information regarding your experience and qualifications. You authorize HumanJobHunter agents to represent you solely for the purpose of job applications.

4. Payment & Cancellation

Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Quarterly). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will prevent future billing, but services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

HumanJobHunter is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed opportunities, or rejection by employers.
